My name is Zaw Myo Latt, and I am a seasoned software engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information and Technology (B.C.Sc) from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon (UCSY) in Myanmar. My journey into the world of web application development began shortly after graduation when I started working as a web developer for over a year. My early successes led to my promotion as a Team Leader at iKloudit Myanmar Office, a subsidiary of a Singapore-based company, Ever Crystal One-stop IT Solution. During my tenure, my team and I were responsible for crafting various web applications, including HR systems, POS systems, content management systems, and e-commerce solutions. Our work in Myanmar directly supported our Singapore Head Office, showcasing my ability to deliver projects with global impact.
Subsequently, I joined GMBF Group of Companies, a Myanmar-based company, as an IT Manager. In this role, I assumed responsibilities in project and task management, mobile app development, and web app development. Some notable projects included the development of a Bus Ticket Booking system and a Coupon-based marketing platform. This experience honed my skills in leadership and project management.In 2019, I made the move to Singapore and embarked on a new chapter as a Backend Developer at Carpal Fleet. However, due to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Carpal Fleet ceased its operations in June 2020. This presented a unique opportunity, and I subsequently joined the GovTech (Notarise) team as a full-stack developer for one and a half years.
My journey continued to evolve in August 2022 when I accepted an offer to join the Grab DigiBank Team as a Software Engineer, Backend. In this role, I continue to apply my expertise and contribute to the advancement of digital solutions in the ever-evolving field of software engineering, having previously been promoted to a Senior Software Engineer, Backend position within the team.
My diverse experiences and educational background have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to thrive in complex, cross-functional projects. I look forward to building upon my achievements and making a lasting impact in the software engineering field.

2012-2013While studying at UCSY, I worked as a part-time DTP trainer and shared my knowledge of computers and some awesome insights.

2013:10-2014:06After graduating, I applied for a junior developer position at Ever Crystal. There, I had to tackle many challenging and demanding projects provided by iKloudit.

2014:06-2015I gained valuable experience during my time at the SG site. I also improved my skills in writing robust code, understanding data structures, delving into object-oriented programming, and continued my journey of self-study to enhance my coding abilities.

2021-2022In early August 2022, I joined the Grab Digibank Team as a Software Engineer, Backend and I was subsequently promoted to the position of Senior Software Engineer, Backend. I am currently still working there.
